Writing Retreats and Systemic/Family Constellations "The Work of My Life"
Would you like to be able to read a book today about the life of your father, mother, grandfather, your great-grandmother, great-great-grandfather... written by themselves? To learn about their loves, their values, their great achievements, the events that changed their lives, the people who made their mark on them, about their family, the work they did, their dreams? to understand what came down the family line to you?
This is the very BOOK you can write ABOUT YOUR LIFE:
so that your descendants (or people who have been touched by you) can one day read about your life.
Or as a personal journey of self-discovery and self-expression. To become more aware of the meaning and impact of your life - your life story in the even larger context of lives across generations.
Writing your life story (at whatever age) has the power to change your own life by reorienting or redirecting it.
It can also change the lives of others, like a window or a mirror. A mirror helps people to see themselves; a window gives them a glimpse of something they may not have understood or felt before.
Each of us is like a library of stories that are lost when not preserved in writing for posterity.
AT EACH RETREAT (weekend - Friday 6pm to Sunday 6.30pm) you will be able to write a chapter of your life.
Each retreat will have a different theme.

Joining Family Constellations with writing, meditation and other practices, in this retreat you will be able to make a wonderful journey of self-discovery, gaining a better understanding of how you became who you are today.
By taking a fresh look at your past experiences, both positive and negative, you can also gain a deeper understanding of your past and future path, so you can let go of old patterns and live the authentic life you truly desire.
In addition, this retreat empowers people of all ages to connect the dots and create a greater history of previous generations because each life is connected to all that is, that has come before, and that comes after.
You DO NOT NEED to do all the retreats in a row, you can do the themes that call you and slowly build up this book of yours. In each retreat (and even before) you will receive different questions and suggestions that may lead you to do some research, discover much you didn't know yet or bring back many memories. Allow yourself to reflect and to connect with them. This feeling will allow you to bring your pages to life.

1 RETREAT: 333€ + Accommodation and meals (140€ for 2 nights/ 2 breakfasts/ 2 lunches/ 2 dinners)

The reservation will be considered after payment of 56€, which will then be deducted from the payment for the Retreat (or retreat package), to be held up to 30 days before the first one.

Ana Teresa Silva crosses several professional areas, combining 30 years of Journalism and Writing, with her work in Coaching, NLP, PSYCH-K®, Energetic Medicine, Meditation and Training in both Creative Writing and Personal Development. As an independent journalist, she had the pleasure of interviewing, all over the world, extraordinary people who are changing the world in the most different areas. She worked on radio, television, developed several documentaries for TV, and was in front of several magazines, having founded the digital magazine IM Magazine to promote "the best things in the world for a better world" that inspired an international audience for 10 years . As an award-winning writer, she navigates between novels, poetry, children's literature and screenplays for film and television. As a Family Constellations facilitator, through a systemic vision and awareness, she invites us to broaden our gaze on all the hidden dynamics of the systems to which we belong, from the family system to the wider systems.
Her path has always been linked to a personal search for self-development, which led her to study and explore various inter-disciplinary approaches, such as Systemic Coaching, NLP, Emotional Management or Psychogeneology. Today she integrates and promotes the acquisition of personal, family and educational development resources by working more deeply at the behavioural, emotional, mental and energetic levels.
