The Sacred Journeys project begins now with a trip to the South of France for men and women seeking moments of inner reflection, spiritual growth, and connection with the sacred energies of mystical places.
From August 25th to September 1st, 2025, we will explore sacred sites associated with Mary Magdalene, the esoteric traditions of the Cathars, the mysteries of the Holy Grail, and the secrets of the Knights Templar.
Participants will engage in guided meditations, energy activations, and daily adventures—whether it’s a quiet moment of reflection at a secluded chapel, a hike through the verdant countryside to a hidden grotto, or meaningful conversations shared over meals.
At its core, the Sacred Journeys project is a personal pilgrimage of the heart. Day 1: Arrival and Welcome (August 25)
Arrival at the Retreat Centre where we will stay for 5 days, in Rennes-le-Château, a peaceful retreat nestled in the serene French countryside. Gather with fellow travelers for a welcome dinner, where we’ll share intentions and prepare for the spiritual journey ahead.
Day 2: René-le-Château – The Heart of Mystery (August 26)
Explore the enigmatic village of René-le-Château, rich in legends surrounding Mary Magdalene, hidden treasures, and esoteric knowledge. We’ll visit the Church of Mary Magdalene and walk through the hills that resonate with ancient, sacred energy.
In the afternoon, discover a mystical Church, a hidden gem on a powerful ley line, not in many tourist itineraries, despite some mystics suggesting it holds knowledge from an ancient civilization or even a key to the location of the Holy Grail. Engage in a meditation to connect with the primordial energy of the altar (connected with Jesus) and, in the back of the church, the divine feminine presence of Magdalene herself. This day invites us to feel the merging of past and present and the unfolding mysteries of time.
Day 3: Rennes-les-Bains & Bugarach – The Sacred Waters and The Inverted Mountain (August 27)
The journey continues to the sacred healing waters of Rennes-les-Bains, where the spiritual energies flow strongly through the landscape. We’ll visit the baptismal pools where legend says Mary Magdalene once performed blessings. Here, you may take a dip in the refreshing waters or simply meditate in the serene beauty of the surrounding nature.
In the afternoon, we’ll venture to the mystical Mount Bugarach, often described as a gateway to other dimensions. Known as the “inverted mountain,” this sacred site is considered a planetary vortex. We will connect with the earth’s energies through meditations and activations in this ancient land.
Day 4: Montségur – The Cathar Fortress of Transformation (August 28)
Ascend to the Cathar fortress of Montségur, a site of martyrdom, transformation, and spiritual transcendence. As we meditate within the ruins of this legendary stronghold, we will reflect on the legacy of the Cathars, who upheld a path of spiritual purity and profound wisdom.Later, visit the sacred Cathar cave of Grotte d'Ornolac, where we’ll meditate on the inner light of the earth and the spiritual secrets this cave holds.
Day 5: Nebias – The Fairy Forest (August 29)
We will spend the day immersed in the Fairy Forest of Nebias, a magical landscape where ancient stones and mystical energies intertwine. The labyrinth of nature will guide us through moments of meditation and reflection, allowing us to integrate the powerful experiences of the previous days. This day offers space for deep personal connection with the land and the mystical energies that flow through it.
Day 6: Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume – In the heart of Provence Verte (August 30)
We'll travel to Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume where, this time, we'll stay for this last 3 days at a Sacred Arts Retreat Centre. On this day we'll go to the Basilica of St Mary Magdalene and explore the area.
Day 7: Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume – The Final Resting Place of Mary Magdalene (August 31)
This day is dedicated to visiting the Grotto of Sainte-Baume, the place where Mary Magdalene is believed to have spent her last years. We will meditate in this holy place, where the energies of the sacred feminine have been venerated for centuries. This day invites us to connect with the profound spiritual presence of Magdalene, finding deep inner peace and reflection within these sacred sites.
Day 8: Departure (September 1)
Our journey comes to an end as we bid farewell to this sacred land. We depart with a deeper connection to the mysteries of Mary Magdalene, the Holy Grail, and the spiritual wisdom of the Cathars and Templars.

Ana Teresa Silva will facilitate meditations and activations, creating a space for personal and group processes, but she is not a tourist guide. Like you, she will be on her own inner and outer journey, exploring the sacred energies and connecting with her inner guidance. Tapping into your own inner wisdom is one of the fundamental principles of this journey, and each of you will be your own true guide.

Ana Teresa is also a certified Biodanza facilitator, combining her love of writing with the power of movement.
