The Journey Through the Inner Planets is an experiential path of self-knowledge and integration. In each workshop, we explore different forces of the human psyche through planetary archetypes — not as mental concepts, but as living experiences, embodied in the body, emotions, and relationships.
From a holistic perspective, these planetary archetypes are approached as an alchemical process of development, transformation, and refinement, awakening the celestial energies within us and allowing us to embody their highest virtues.
Each planet represents an essential dimension of our being:
the identity that radiates,
the emotional world that lives within us,
the foundation that sustains us,
the faith that allows us to expand,
the heart that feels and values,
the force that moves us,
and the expression that carries us into the world.
Over the course of seven monthly gatherings,
held on Saturdays from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm, in Lisbon,
we will journey through these archetypes through practices that integrate the four dimensions of being— physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual —
with
Dance (Biodanza as the backbone of the experience),
combined with:
Experiential Writing
Council Practices
Authentic Relating
World Café
Art Therapy
Meditation
(depending on the planet being explored).

PLANETARY QUIZ
Even before beginning this journey, you are invited to listen to how each planet lives within you.
For this purpose, I have created a simple and intuitive quiz exploring the seven planets. It will help you recognize whether the energy of each one is blocked, overactive, or flowing in a healthy way.
After your registration, you will receive the quiz in advance, allowing you to become aware of how each archetype is currently living and expressing itself within you.
Whatever your starting point may be, throughout the workshops we will cultivate deeper awareness of these fundamental dimensions of being, supporting their progressively more integrated, balanced, and elevated expression.

For those ready to dive deeper into the essence of each workshop and planet, here is more in-depth content.
1st Workshop
THE SUN — THE LIGHT OF IDENTITY
Presence • Confidence • Will • Purpose
The journey begins with the Sun —the center of identity.
The moment when consciousness awakens
and recognizes its own light.
Before feeling, acting, structuring, or communicating,
it is necessary to inhabit the center —the place where we say, with presence: I am.

The Sun
The Sun is the moment when energy ceases to be mere survival or expansionand becomes conscious direction.
It is the point of integration —where everything that has been lived, felt, and learnedgains coherenceand meaning.
The Sun asks:
Who am I when I act from my truth?
Where do I place my vital energy?
What do I choose to embody in this life?
Who Is the Sun?
The Sun represents the center of identity,
the vital essence,
and conscious purpose.
It is the force that allows us to say “I am”and to occupy our place in the world
with presence, dignity, and inner coherence.
In astrology, the Sun reveals how we shine,
how we express our individuality,
and where we find meaning, vitality, and direction in life.
The Sun does not react — it radiates.
It does not seek validation — it exists.
It is the consciousness that organizes
all other forces around it.
Developing the Sun
To develop the Sun is to gain clarity about who we are
and where we are heading —
moving beyond the feeling of living adrift
or merely responding to external demands.
It allows us to shine with our own light, without copying external models
or hiding behind masks or personas.
This path requires recognizing and moving through fears and family, cultural, or social conditioning that distance us from our essence.
To develop the Sun is to claim authorship of one’s own life —to leave reactive mode
and begin acting from the center.
The Integrated Sun — Sovereignty and Presence
When the Sun matures,
we understand that shining is not about competing or dominating.
It is about being whole.Visible. Aligned.
It is recognizing:
I am not my mask, nor the role I learned to play.I am part of the whole,
and I live with awareness, love, compassion, vitality, and presence.
This is the integrated Sun:the embodiment of the inner King —not as power over others,
but as sovereignty over oneself.
A light that radiates
not to impose,
but to illuminate the path —beginning with one’s own.
2nd workshop
THE MOON — THE INNER HOME
Emotion • Intuition • Safety • Belonging
After inhabiting the center — the Sun —
we descend into the deepest and most sensitive territory of the psyche:
the emotional world.

The Moon
The Moon leads us to the place where everything is felt
before it is thought.
To the space where emotional habits are formed —
silent memories,
and the primary needs for safety, nourishment,
and belonging.
The Moon asks:
Where do I truly feel at home?
How do I respond when I feel vulnerable?
Are my rhythms listened to — or ignored?
Who Is the Moon?
The Moon represents the personal unconscious,
emotional memory,
instincts,
and the way we learned to care — and to be cared for.
It is deeply connected to childhood,
to the relationship with the mother
or whoever fulfilled that role,
and to our earliest experiences of protection, nourishment, and affection.
These early experiences shape unconscious patterns
that later guide our emotional responses.
The Moon is the intelligence of feeling.
It does not rationalize — it perceives.
It does not explain — it responds.
It moves in cycles, like the tides,
reflecting the ever-changing nature of emotional states.
It does not create its own light — it reflects.
It amplifies.
It reveals what is already present.
The Unintegrated Moon
When the Moon is not integrated,
the emotional world becomes unstable or defensive.
Emotions arise as waves that overwhelm us,
or as something we try to avoid feeling altogether.
There is difficulty regulating inner states
and distinguishing what is ours
from what belongs to another.
This may manifest as anxiety,
hypersensitivity,
unconscious reactivity,
fear of abandonment,
or a constant need for protection and validation.
At times, the opposite pole appears: emotional disconnection —
a numbing of feeling,
difficulty recognizing basic needs,
or asking for support.
In this state, the Moon remains trapped in old patterns.
The past governs the present.
The inner child continues to seek safety outside of itself.
The Turning Point
And then, something slows down.
We begin to recognize cycles.
To accept that there are moments of expansion
and moments of retreat.
That feeling is not weakness,
but the language of the soul.
The Moon stops ruling from fear
and begins to guide from awareness.
The Integrated Moon — Safety and Emotional Maturity
When the Moon matures,
a quiet sense of safety is born.
Emotions no longer dominate us —
they inform us.
There is space to feel
without getting lost in feeling.
The capacity for self-regulation develops —
for inner care,
for emotional presence.
This is the integrated Moon:
not reactivity,
but conscious sensitivity;
not dependency,
but the ability to nourish oneself;
the emotional maturity of one who recognizes their rhythms,
honors their cycles,
and creates within
a safe place to rest.
To follow the Moon is to accept the movement of life —
to descend into shadow when it is time,
to cleanse, release,
and allow — in the fertile darkness —
something new to be born.
When the Moon matures,
we stop looking for home outside —
and become our own home.
3rd workshop
♄ SATURN — THE FOUNDATION OF MASTERY
Structure • Safety • Grounding • Time
After inhabiting the center and descending into the emotional world,
we come to understand something essential:
no expansion is possible without a foundation.
Saturn offers us ground.

Saturn
Saturn is the great teacher of time and materialization.
Through its karmic and ancestral lessons, it teaches us how to transform intention into reality and how to sustain evolution with maturity.
When Saturn is not integrated,
it often manifests as fear of failure and criticism,
or as the need to control everything.
It is like living inside an invisible straitjacket.
The body is tense, the breath held —
as if something were always watching us from within.
There is a constant sense that we might fail,
that there is an unspoken rule we are about to break.
Authority no longer needs to exist outside —
it has already been internalized.
It becomes a voice that points the finger,
that corrects us before we even try,
that says:
“It’s not enough.”
“Not yet.”
“You will fail.”
In this state, Saturn is heavy.
Life feels overly serious,
with little room for error, pleasure, or spontaneity.
Not because someone is punishing us now,
but because we learned to live expecting punishment.
The Turning Point
And then, at a certain moment on the path, something shifts.
We realize that the threatening finger
was not the Father,
the system,
or the world —
it was a poorly integrated force within us.
Saturn ceases to be a jailer
and reveals itself as structure.
The straitjacket slowly transforms into an inner spine.
Tension gives way to verticality.
We no longer need to shrink
in order to feel safe.
Integrated Saturn — Inner Authority and Mastery
When Saturn matures,
authority stops policing
and begins to support.
The world may still be demanding —
but we no longer collapse in the face of it.
This is integrated Saturn:
not blind obedience,
but inner mastery rooted in knowing what we are capable of;
firmness without rigidity,
responsibility without weight;
the capacity to build step by step,
to trust time,
and to accept that failure
is part of the path of mastery.
4th Workshop
♃ JUPITER — EXPANSION WITH ROOTS
Faith • Meaning • Growth • Trust in Life
After creating a foundation with Saturn,
the natural movement of life is to expand.
But not just any expansion —an expansion with meaning,
direction, and purpose.

Jupiter
Jupiter speaks of trust in life, of a broader vision,
of the faith that allows us to grow beyond fear.
It teaches us through experience, inviting us to imagine possible futures
and to move toward them with confidence.
Jupiter is the archetype that asks:
What do I believe in?
What gives meaning to my path?
What excites me? What gives me life?
Where do I allow myself to grow?
The Unintegrated Jupiter
When Jupiter is not integrated,
expansion loses its axis.
It may manifest as excess —
moving forward without limits,
optimism without grounding,
overextending the body, energy, or time
in the name of a vision.
At other times, the opposite appears:
fear of dreaming big,
fragile faith
that easily turns into disappointment,
difficulty trusting life,
a sense that “there is no space for me”
or “I don’t deserve more.”
The Integrated Jupiter — Trust and Meaning
When Jupiter matures,
it guides us through the passage
toward the inner King —
from restless seeking
to a broad and integrated vision.
A deep trust in life emerges —
not naïve,
but rooted in lived experience.
We feel authorized to dream big
without losing our grounding;
to explore new horizons,
to trust without denying challenges.
This is the calm confidence of one who knows
that life can grow,
that there is space for more —
more truth,
more meaning,
more enthusiasm,
and more purpose-driven abundance.
5th workshop
♀ VENUS — THE HEART THAT ATTRACTS AND RECEIVES
Love • Value • Pleasure • Harmony
After expanding our horizons and learning to trust life, an essential question arises:
among all that is possible, what truly deserves my yes?
Venus teaches us how to choose from value, pleasure, and love.

Venus
Venus is our inner Aphrodite —
the principle that connects us to pleasure, beauty,
love,
and self-worth.
She is the planet of attraction,
of love and empathy,
of connection,
of the capacity to give and receive,
and of the abundance that arises
when we are in harmony with ourselves.
Venus is the living bridge
between the material world
and the spiritual world.
It is through Venus that we feel:
I am worthy.
This is good for me.
This nourishes me.
Venus asks us:
What do I value?
How do I love?
What is my relationship with pleasure?
Do I feel worthy of receiving?
The Unintegrated Venus
When Venus is not integrated,
value becomes distorted.
It may manifest as low self-worth,
difficulty receiving love, care, or pleasure,
or as emotional dependency
and a constant need for external validation.
The heart does not feel safe.
Love becomes confused with need.
Pleasure is accompanied by guilt.
The body ceases to feel like home
and becomes a source of demand, comparison,
or a strategy for compensation.
At times, the opposite pole appears:
overindulgence,
attachment to comfort,
a relentless pursuit of pleasure
to fill a deeper emptiness.
In this state, Venus either pleases
or loses itself.
Value is sought outside,
and relationship with the other
pulls us away from ourselves.
The Integrated Venus — Love, Pleasure, and Worthiness
When Venus matures,
love becomes conscious.
The heart feels safe
to give
and to receive.
We feel at ease in the body,
able to love
without losing ourselves,
and to receive
without guilt.
Pleasure ceases to be excess
or escape
and becomes nourishment.
Abundance begins to flow
from our gifts and talents
as a natural expression
of who we are.
This is integrated Venus:
the ability to recognize one’s own value
without comparison;
the simple pleasure of being alive
and in relationship;
love that begins within
and expresses itself with beauty,
balance,
and truth.
6th workshop
♂ MARS — THE FORCE OF DESIRE AND ACTION
Will • Courage • Boundaries • Personal Power
After creating a foundation, expanding our vision, and choosing from the heart,
the moment to act arrives.
Mars transforms value and meaning
into action.

Mars
Mars is our inner warrior —
the force that fights for what it wants and desires,
that gives us drive, assertiveness,
and the courage to face life’s challenges.
It is the planet that helps us say yes and no,
to take up space,
and to establish healthy boundaries.
Mars represents vitality —
the engine of action.
Without Mars, there is no impulse to move forward,
to protect ourselves,
to defend what matters,
or to materialize our desires.
It is the energy that links intention to execution —
the will to live
and to affirm our own existence.
Mars asks us:
What do I want?
What moves me?
Where do I need to act?
Where do I need to stop?
The Unintegrated Mars
When Mars is not integrated,
vital force loses direction.
It may manifest as aggressiveness,
impulsivity,
or a constant need for confrontation.
Action happens without awareness.
The body enters into tension,
and energy is discharged
without listening.
At times, the opposite pole appears:
fear of conflict,
difficulty saying no,
blocked energy,
repressed anger that turns into exhaustion or resentment.
In this state, Mars either explodes
or collapses.
The force exists,
but it does not find a healthy channel for expression.
The Integrated Mars — Conscious Action and Vital Power
When Mars matures,
force becomes conscious.
We act with clarity,
without overpowering others
or abandoning ourselves.
It is the energy that allows us to take up space,
defend boundaries,
initiate movement,
and transform intention into action
aligned with the heart.
A calm courage emerges —
not reactive,
but rooted in the body
and in respect for our own limits.
This is integrated Mars:
the capacity to say yes with wholeness
and no without guilt;
the strength to act at the right moment,
in the right direction;
the pleasure of feeling energy circulate
and life move through us
with intensity, presence,
and truth.
7th workshop
☿ MERCURY — MY EXPRESSION IN THE WORLD
Expression • Communication • Listening • Awareness
After inhabiting the I am,
feeling,
structure,
expansion,
and action —
anchored in the heart —
consciousness seeks expression.
Mercury asks:
How do I express in the world who I am?

Mercury
Mercury is the inner messenger —
the intelligence that connects mind and world,
thought and word,
experience and meaning.
It is the planet of communication, learning, and perception:
the force that gathers information,
translates experience,
and builds bridges between the inner and outer worlds.
Mercury teaches us how to name what we feel,
to organize thought,
and to express our truth.
It is also the mediator between the conscious and the unconscious,
between reason and intuition,
between what we know
and what we sense.
Mercury asks us:
How do I think?
How do I speak to myself and to others?
Do I truly listen?
Does my mind serve life — or try to control it?
The Unintegrated Mercury
When Mercury is not integrated,
the mind loses its axis.
It may manifest as overthinking,
dispersal, anxiety, nervousness;
difficulty quieting the mind
or communicating with clarity.
Ideas multiply,
but presence is lacking.
Words drift away from feeling.
The mind runs faster
than the body can follow.
At times, the opposite pole appears:
mental blockage,
difficulty expressing what is felt,
fear of speaking,
a sense of not being understood
or of not finding the right words.
In this state, Mercury confuses.
The mind becomes the master
instead of the instrument.
Thought separates
what needs to be integrated.
The Turning Point
And then, something slows down.
We realize that thinking
is not the same as understanding.
That communicating
is not merely speaking.
The mind begins to listen to the body.
Words move closer to the heart.
Silence finds its place.
Mercury ceases to be noise
and becomes a bridge.
The Integrated Mercury — Clarity and Conscious Communication
When Mercury matures,
the mind becomes clear and flexible.
We think with precision,
without rigidity.
We communicate with truth,
without aggression or avoidance.
Words arise from alignment
between thought, emotion,
and intention.
We listen with presence.
We speak with awareness.
After integrating identity, emotion, structure, vision, action, and value,
Mercury becomes the thread
that carries all of this into the world.
This is integrated Mercury:
not a mind that dominates, but a mind in service to life;
not excess information, but clarity that creates meaning;
the capacity to translate experience into living expression,
to bring into the world
what has been integrated within.
Integrated Mercury
is the bridge between being and world —
consciousness in motion,
the embodied expression of who I am.
