Step into a dance with the soul of the world.From the cultures of Europe to the vast lands of Africa, from the traditions of the Americas to the ancestral richness of Australia, from Asia’s thousand faces to the depths of the Pacific — this is an invitation to:

Classes take place Fridays, 7:30 pm in Algés / Lisbon (Palácio Ribamar).

✨ What is this journey?

Like a pilgrimage, over 12 Biodanza classes we will cross ancestral portals — each class a new step into cultures, symbols, and landscapes of the soul.

Every session is guided by a theme: essence, memory, destiny, joy, relationship, healing, transcendence… and more.

Each week, the dance asks you a question:Who am I? What is my calling? Where does my soul want to celebrate? What gives my life meaning?

These are the 12 invitations:

Class 1 — The Dance of Essence

From India to Mesoamerica, from the Andes to Greece, from Africa to contemporary science — we dance through Portals of Remembrance, where the soul of the world offers us the mirror of the eternal question:

Who am I? Who am I as a Sacred Mystery, as memory, as living energy, as story, as relationship, or as the light that seeds the world?

Class 2 — The Dance of Memory

From the Andes to Australia, from Japan to Haiti, from Lapland to Bali — in this second class, we cross Portals of Living Memory.

The body becomes an ancestral library, and the dance evokes stories embroidered in the womb, invisible trails, the breath of the earth, the song of the grandmothers.

Class 3 — The Dance of Destiny

From Japan to Tibet, from the Navajo tribes to the Andes, from the Maoris to the wisdom of the Tao — in this third class we cross portals that allow us to explore the sacred path, the direction of the soul, the callings, the reason for being.

Class 4 — The Dance of Joy

From Brazil to Congo, from India to Mexico, from the Amazon to Japan — in this fourth class we cross portals that connect us to The Pleasure of Being Alive, awakening the body in bloom, in celebration, in fire — the joy of life.

Class 5 — The Dance of Relationship

From Celtic wisdom to Tibet, from the Andes to Australia — in this fifth class we dance the space-between.

The space created for the other to exist, the time of encounter between worlds, the sacred polarity, the complementary duality, the divine presence that reveals itself in the space-between. The invisible territory where magic dwells.

Class 6 — The Dance of Encounter

From the Middle East to North America, from Northern Europe to Australia — in this sixth class we dance the instant of encounter.

When I truly see you, I remember myself. In your eyes, I find the infinite. Dances that honor presence and the gaze as recognition of the divine in each being.

Class 7 — The Dance of Healing

From the islands of the South Pacific to Scandinavia, from Central America to Eastern Europe — in this seventh class we dance through our fractured places, where the light enters.

Between fractures, the radiance. Between wounds, the gold. Between losses, the light. Here we dance regeneration and rebirth, a return to balance and the celebration of life.

Class 8 — The Dance of the Sacred

From Central America to West Africa, from Southeast Asia to the Pacific islands, from Northern Europe to North America — in this eighth class we dance the forms that create portals, the body as sacred architecture of connection.

Each step is a prayer. Each rhythm, a bridge. Each repetition, an alignment.

Class 9 — The Dance of Meaning

From East Africa to the Pacific, from Eastern Europe to South America — in this ninth class we dance the purpose that sustains life.

When dance aligns with your truth, a profound, radiant joy emerges — far beyond simple pleasure. Here we dance the sacred meaning that illuminates the path.

Class 10 — The Dance of Transcendence

From Ancient Greece to West Africa, from the Pacific to Japan, from India to Tibet — in this tenth class we dance the flight of the spirit.

We become wind, bird, breath, star. We rise beyond the body, into mystery and deep freedom. Here the dance is flight, surrender, and expansion.

Class 11 — The Dance of Reverence

From India to West Africa, from Tibet to Central America, from the Pacific islands — in this eleventh class we dance grace in every gesture.

Each movement is a prayer, each gesture an offering. Here we cultivate presence, intention, and sacred surrender in the dancing body.

Class 12 — The Dance of Surrender

From Tibet to Africa, from Northern Europe to India, from Central America to the depths of the Polynesian ocean — in this final class we dance the return to mystery.

Not everything needs to be known or named. Here we open ourselves to the unnameable, to wonder, to the vastness where everything dissolves and everything is reborn.

A Journey Around the World (September – December)

EARLY BIRD registrations until September 2

• Full Pilgrimage (12 classes) — €144 (€12/class)or

• Package of 8 classes (your choice) — €120 (€15/class)

AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH

• Monthly fee — €60 (€15/class, 4 consecutive classes — if you miss a class, it cannot be replaced)
